Our program serves as a conduit between Atlanta's talented youth between the ages of 14 – 24 years old and local businesses, offering valuable employment opportunities and fostering professional growth. Unlike previous years, this year's program operates on a hire-as-usual basis, with employers directly hiring youth for summer positions. We will review request of employers seeking assistance with sponsorship of hiring youth. However, funding is limited, and sponsorships are not a guarantee.
Running from June 3rd to August 2nd, the program aligns with your typical summer hiring timeline, providing a pool of motivated and enthusiastic young individuals eager to contribute to your organization.
