Start:ME is a free 3-month training program for local small business owners, connecting entrepreneurs to business know-how, supportive mentorship, and grant capital. To date, Start:ME has served over 450 Atlanta area businesses offering everything from haircare to tree care, eyeglasses to accounting, furniture to food. Start:ME is delivered by Emory’s Goizueta Business School in partnership with local nonprofit partners, including FCS & Purpose Built Schools Atlanta (Start:ME Southside), East Lake Foundation (Start:ME East Lake), and Friends of Refugees (Start:ME Clarkston). This year, we’re thrilled to add a fourth program, serving entrepreneurs in Northwest Atlanta in partnership with the Grove Park Foundation.
Applications will open Sep 5-Oct 5 and 16-18 ventures will be selected for the program starting in Jan 2025. Visit startmeatl.org to learn more.
