(ABI) is creating a master redevelopment plan for 425 Chappell Road and adjacent City of Atlanta properties. The 31+ acre ABI property was acquired as part of the BeltLine’s land acquisition strategy to support equitable development within the BeltLine TAD. The site is nestled within the Historic Westin Heights/Bankhead neighborhood. In this meeting we will share the latest site. We want your feedback as we consider how each phase of development is programmed. We will also discuss next steps, including an inclusive process for developing Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) for the development of the property.
